Working with HelloDone:
Our Propositions

1. Software as a Service

This is the standard option for enabling the HelloDone platform: We configure, deploy and operate HelloDone  under our clients' brands, directly enabling all the benefits of our platform and our  integrations with Carriers, OMS and CRM.

2. Micro Services

As an alternative to the provision of a typical SaaS contract, we can provide access to our modular platform services via APIs. Clients incorporate HelloDone capabilities into their architecture according to their specific needs.

3. Licensing

A third proposition is for our clients to  license the HelloDone technology, integrating components directly into their own software.

Option 1. Software as a Service

Our typical client proposition, the SaaS model allows us to quickly deploy the entirety of the HelloDone platform. We provide and host the system, software and data, acting as a “data sub-processor” to you.

Immediately capitalise on our existing integrations:
  • Carriers.  We use our existing carrier integrations to provide the required tracking data to support the customer dialogs post-purchase. Alternatively we are also in partnership with organisations such as ParcelLab to enable this data.
  • CRM / Customer Service.  In order to manage live handover to agent in-channel, we are integrated with CRM tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Product / OMS. We will either use our existing integrations into ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Big Commerce, or we can support integration directly through the use of our Order API
  • Messaging Channels. We create the channel integrations on your behalf, setting up dialogs under our clients' brand.
  • Analytics. We are able to provide immediate access to our secure dashboards showing realtime stats or can provide this information via an API into your BI tools.
We  own the NLP capability of the platform end-to-end and ensure the best possible messaging experience for our clients' customers. We continuously improve that experience based on conversations we are supporting industry wide, meaning all our clients benefit from resultant improvements across the board.

Option 2. Micro services

The HelloDone platform consists of a number of advanced technological components or modules.  Hosted version of these as micro-services can be subscribed to individually via a web APIs.  Each of these services can be individually licensed and invoked by your systems:
  • Intent Recogniser: “Luminate”.  This trained neural network recognises what the user is asking, in essence understanding incoming text by extracting the intent.
  • FAQ system: “Clarity”.  This knowledge-driven system answers context-free questions, such as “when are orders shipped?”.  These are context-free because they don’t depend on the user’s situation.  Context sensitive questions, such as “where is my order?” are answered, but by Luminate.
  • Image composing system: “Stitch”.  This image understanding component is used to assemble one or more product images into a single channel-suitable image.  This is surprisingly complex, and requires each product image to be analysed, for example to trim off blank margins, and to optimally arrange each product image.
  • Recommendation Engine: “Tiro”, which uses product and purchasing behaviour data to recommend products to users to enhance revenues in-channel.
  • Language identification.  The platform is multi-lingual capable, and on occasion needs to identify the language presented.
  • PII Redact.  We have a personal information redaction system to identify or remove any personally identifiable information from logs or analytics.
  • Channel multiplexing: “Switchboard”.  Switchboard eliminates the need to have multiple FB Messenger or WhatsApp identities.
  • Analytics.  Our business insight generating analytics use a combination of analytics visualisations, and our own analytic algorithms.
  • Carrier integration. Although not AI, carrier integration is demanding, so we have built an internal integration layer. Through this integration, all carriers appear the same to the rest of the code.
The process for integrating any or all of these modules or Cicero is the same.  Technically, we provide you with web API documentation, and assistance.  During the period that it is licensed we will also provide you with updates.

Option 3. Licensing HelloDone Technology

Each of the HelloDone components or modules have been designed as functional units and the IP is fully owned by HelloDone. They can be individually licensed and integrated into other systems using an SDK.
  • Conversation Agent Testing: “Torch”. Our Torch system is specifically designed for the testing of AI. It has many uses, and we primarily use it for testing our conversation agent.
The process for integrating any or all of these modules or Cicero is the same.  Technically, we provide you with JARs SDKs, documentation, and assistance.  During the period that it is licensed we will also provide you with updates.
